Logic’s “Vinyl Days” campaign continues with the single “Bleed It.”

This one pays homage to the Beastie Boys’ trademark sounds.
Logic will end his contract with Def Jam with his upcoming release, ushering in a new era for the rapper. Logic’s career has been a roller coaster ride in recent years, particularly his retirement and, well, leap out of retirement. There were rumours of EPs and cooperative ventures, but Logic has not only continued to release new music, but his highly awaited album, Vinyl Days, will be released this month.

Each New Music Friday, Logic has unleashed one single after another in recent weeks. His DJ Premier-assisted “Vinyl Days” received a lot of attention, as did his collaborations with Blu & Exile and Like on “Orville,” as well as the releases of “Tetris” and “Decades.” This week, Logic returns with “Bleed It,” another smash that pays homage to Hip Hop’s early beginnings.

Stream “Bleed It,” a track with major Beastie Boys vibes, and keep an eye out for the release of Vinyl Days on June 17.
