Kawhi was recently spotted in public by TMZ, which is an uncommon occurrence. Kawhi was asked who he thinks would win the NBA championship this year, as you can see in the video below. Kawhi merely kept saying “Clippers” instead of delivering a solid answer. While his Clippers are statistically out of it, you can’t help but admire Leonard’s devotion to his club.
The Clippers will undoubtedly be among the betting favorites to win it all next season. Last year, the Clippers pushed the Suns all the way to the Western Conference Finals without Kawhi, proving that this is a club with all the pieces to go all the way.
